Damion created CCI working from the ground up. For the past 20 years he has consistently grown and expanded Creative Contracting into the thriving company it is today. Damion is always pushing boundaries to keep CCI on the leading edge of the industry. Whether it is implementing new technology or growing our clientele, he always pushes CCI to be the best it can be.
Steve Gibson
Consultant
Steve has been partnered with Damion for a number of years bringing over 40 years of experience to the table. As the original owner of Steve Gibson Construction, a partner company to CCI, Steve has been helping to grow and branch Creative out into new directions. From design layout, city planning, to building application Steve helps CCI to keep moving forward.
Tyler Bailey
General Manager
Tyler Bailey serves as Creative Contracting's general manager. Managing not only CCI, but our affiliate companies as well. He keeps all companies under Corporate Financial Solutions moving in the right direction. He oversees all project managers, coordinators, and field crews. Tyler consistently keeps CCI on track for marked growth every year so that we can continue to expand.
Michelle Maeda
Office Manager
Michelle keeps not only CCI's office production running, but that of all companies under the Corporate Financial Solutions umbrella. From ushering in new hires, running our accounts receivable, and payroll. Michelle keeps CCI on the correct path, and takes care of all employees and daily tasks under the Corporate Financial Solutions umbrella.
Corey Wapniarski
Project Manager
Corey brings 20 years experience to the team. Whether you need questions answered or a stop by to look at your project, he can help. Corey is in charge of making projects run as effectively as possible, providing top craftsmanship that works with our customers' schedules, whatever they may be.
Dan Buker
Project Manager
Dan owned his own painting company for many years before deciding to move deeper into the construction world. He has been a project manager here at CCI for the past 5 years. Dan is there every step of the way, informing you of your options and overseeing your project.
Brandon Miller
Project Manager
Strong and transparent communication, an ability to multi-task, staying organized, and building relationships with his clients is what makes Brandon a great project manager. He works closely with our clients and our CCI team to ensure his projects are executed with quality and efficiency.
Adam Wolfer
Account Manager
Adam has worked in the construction industry for 14 years. Creating beautiful layouts, renderings, and making cost effective yet aesthetically pleasing product choices customers love. He is responsible for building CCI's client relationships. Adam strives for excellence and seeks to not only meet our clients expectations, but exceed them.
Heather Carter Tilley
Project Coordinator
Heather helps to make your project run as smooth and stress free as possible. She ensures all scheduling, material orders, job organization, and communication needs are met, in order to keep your projects on track. She is always only a phone call away for any of your questions or needs.

Amy’s knowledge and attention to every aspect of the project, including schedules, ordering materials and budgeting, assures that each project runs smoothly.
Her strong organizational skills and attention to details makes her well-suited to oversee multiple projects, schedules and deadlines.

James has decades of experience in the construction trade, including framing, finish work, and painting. He can take any task he’s given and find a way to ensure the details are thought through to the end of the project.
